Sea salt (to taste)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

Add warm water and olive oil.

Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Step 2: Shape the Flatbread

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Divide dough into 2 portions.

Roll each into an oval or round flatbread shape.

Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 3: Add Toppings

Brush surface lightly with olive oil.

Add mozzarella slices evenly.

Scatter fresh blueberries on top.

Sprinkle thyme and a little sea salt.
Step 4: Bake

1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1: Make Pancake Batter

In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
