🫐 Blueberry & Brie Flatbread with Honey and Thyme

📝 Ingredients (Makes 2 flatbreads)

For the Base:

  • 2 naan breads or small flatbreads

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Toppings:

  • 6–8 oz (170–225g) brie cheese (rind on, sliced)

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1–2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Freshly cracked black pepper


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


2️⃣ Prepare the Flatbread

  1. Brush naan lightly with olive oil.

  2. Arrange sliced brie evenly over the surface.

  3. Scatter fresh blueberries on top.

  4. Sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
