🍯 Ingredients

For the Crust Layer:

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

For the Banana Cream Filling:

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix

  • 2 cups cold milk

  • 1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream

For the Whipped Layer:

  • 1½ cups whipped cream (sweetened or unsweetened, to taste)

For the Toppings:

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced

  • Caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • Optional: Crushed cookies or toffee bits, for garnish


🍨 Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust

    In a bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.
    Spoon and press a layer into the bottom of each dessert cup.

  2. Make the Banana Cream Filling

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes.
    Let sit for 5 minutes until thickened.
    Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped cream until smooth and fluffy.

  3. Assemble the Layers

    In each dessert cup, layer in this order:

    • Graham cracker crust

    • Banana cream pudding

    • Sliced bananas

    • Whipped cream

    Repeat the layers if your cups are tall enough for a second round!

  4. Top It Off

    Finish with a swirl of whipped cream, extra banana slices, a drizzle of caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of cookie crumbs or toffee bits for crunch.

  5. Chill Before Serving

    Refrigerate the assembled cups for at least 1 hour to set and chill before serving.
