Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 8–10 fresh oysters (in shell)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese (optional for stretch)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

1. Prep oysters

  • Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F
  • Shuck oysters carefully, keep them on half shell
  • Place on tray (use rock salt to stabilize if needed)

2. Make garlic butter sauce

  • Mix melted butter + garlic + cream
  • Add lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper

3. Assemble

  • Spoon sauce over each oyster
  • Top with Parmesan + a bit of mozzarella

4. Bake
