🍱 Asian Combo Meal
🍱 Asian Combo Meal (Beef + Sweet & Sour Chicken + Fried Rice)
🥩 1. Korean-Style Beef (Bulgogi)
Ingredients
300g beef (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp gochujang (optional)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Mix all marinade ingredients.
Add beef, marinate
20–30 minutes
.
Stir-fry on high heat until caramelized (5–7 mins).
Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
🍗 2. Sweet & Sour Chicken
Ingredients
Chicken
300g chicken breast (cubed)
1 egg
50g cornstarch
Oil for frying
Sauce
3 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
100ml water
1 tsp cornstarch (slurry)
Vegetables
Bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
Onion chunks
Instructions
Coat chicken with egg + cornstarch.
Fry until golden and crispy.
Cook sauce ingredients in pan.
Add veggies → cook slightly crunchy.
Toss fried chicken in sauce.
🍳 3. Fried Rice
Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice (cold)
2 eggs
2 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic
Mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, corn)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
Scramble eggs → set aside.
Stir-fry garlic in oil.
Add vegetables → cook 2–3 mins.
Add rice → break apart.
Add soy sauce + sesame oil.
Return eggs → mix well.
🍚 Plating (Like the Image)
Place a
molded bowl of white rice
in the center.
Add
beef on one side
.
Add
sweet & sour chicken on the other side
.
Garnish with
sesame seeds + chopped green onions
.
Serve with
soy-chili dipping sauce
.
💡 Tips
Use
day-old rice
→ better texture.
High heat = restaurant-style flavor.
Don’t overcrowd the pan → keeps meat juicy.
