🥩 1. Korean-Style Beef (Bulgogi)

Ingredients

  • 300g beef (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients.
  2. Add beef, marinate 20–30 minutes.
  3. Stir-fry on high heat until caramelized (5–7 mins).
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.

🍗 2. Sweet & Sour Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 300g chicken breast (cubed)
  • 1 egg
  • 50g cornstarch
  • Oil for frying

Sauce

  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 100ml water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (slurry)

Vegetables

  • Bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
  • Onion chunks

Instructions

  1. Coat chicken with egg + cornstarch.
  2. Fry until golden and crispy.
  3. Cook sauce ingredients in pan.
  4. Add veggies → cook slightly crunchy.
  5. Toss fried chicken in sauce.

🍳 3. Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice (cold)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, corn)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Scramble eggs → set aside.
  2. Stir-fry garlic in oil.
  3. Add vegetables → cook 2–3 mins.
  4. Add rice → break apart.
  5. Add soy sauce + sesame oil.
  6. Return eggs → mix well.

🍚 Plating (Like the Image)

  • Place a molded bowl of white rice in the center.
  • Add beef on one side.
  • Add sweet & sour chicken on the other side.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds + chopped green onions.
  • Serve with soy-chili dipping sauce.

💡 Tips

  • Use day-old rice → better texture.
  • High heat = restaurant-style flavor.
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan → keeps meat juicy.
