Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Filling:
- 250 g fresh cherries (pitted)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Topping:
- 150 g sour cream or plain yogurt
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
- Fresh mint (optional)
Instructions

1. Prepare the dough
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt
- Add egg, warm water, and melted butter
- Mix until a soft dough forms
- Knead for 8β10 minutes until smooth
- Cover and rest for 20β30 minutes
2. Make the filling
- Combine cherries, sugar, and cornstarch
- Let sit for 5β10 minutes

3. Shape the dumplings
- Roll dough thin (about 2 mm thick)
- Cut into circles (7β8 cm diameter)
- Place 1β2 tsp filling in center

- Add dumplings in batches
- Cook until they float (about 3β4 minutes)
- Remove and drain

- Plate dumplings warm
- Add sour cream on top
- Dust with powdered sugar
