1 tablespoon chopped parsley

400g (14 oz) large shrimp (peeled & deveined)

2 tablespoons butter
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ teaspoon paprika
-
½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
-
Salt & pepper
-
1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
π Rice
-
1 cup jasmine or long-grain rice
-
2 cups water or broth
-
1 tablespoon butter
-
Salt to taste
II. COOKING METHOD

1οΈβ£ Cook the Rice

Rinse rice until water runs clear.

Bring water/broth to boil.
-
Add rice, butter, and salt.
-
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
-
Fluff with fork and keep warm.
2οΈβ£ Cook the Steak

Pat steak dry.
-
Season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
-
Heat skillet or grill pan over high heat with olive oil.
-
Sear 3–4 minutes per side (medium-rare).
-
Add butter and baste.
-
Rest 5–7 minutes before serving.
Internal temp guide:
• 130–135°F (54–57°C) = medium-rare
• 140°F (60°C) = medium
3οΈβ£ Cook Garlic Butter Shrimp

Melt butter in pan over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and cook 20–30 seconds.

Add shrimp in a single layer.

Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
-
Add paprika, chili flakes, lemon juice, parsley.

Remove immediately (don’t overcook).
4οΈβ£ Plate

Add rice to plate.
-
Place steak beside it.
-
Spoon shrimp next to steak.

Drizzle extra garlic butter over everything.

Sprinkle fresh parsley.
