Ingredients

For the Chocolate Ganache

  • 150g (5 oz) dark chocolate
  • ½ cup heavy cream

For the Crunchy Topping

  • ½ cup chocolate-covered balls (malt balls or truffles)
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (hazelnuts or almonds)
  • Optional: chocolate-coated cereal clusters

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

  1. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter until evenly coated.
  2. Press firmly into the bottom of mini molds or cupcake liners.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to set.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
