Ingredients (Makes 8 Bombs)
Cheesecake Filling

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar

1 tsp blood orange zest

2 tbsp blood orange juice
Lava Center

½ cup (120 g) blood orange curd (store-bought or homemade)

Freeze in small portions for 30–45 minutes
Coating

2 cups vanilla cake crumbs or graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup melted butter
White Chocolate Glaze

6 oz (170 g) white chocolate

2 tbsp heavy cream
Garnish

Thin blood orange slices

Powdered sugar

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Lava Centers

Spoon small mounds of blood orange curd onto a parchment-lined tray.

Freeze for 30–45 minutes until firm.
Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Mixture

Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, blood orange zest, and blood orange juice until smooth.

Chill for 20 minutes to make shaping easier.
Step 3: Assemble the Bombs

Scoop about 2 tablespoons of cheesecake mixture.

Flatten in your palm and place a frozen blood orange curd center inside.

Seal completely and roll into a smooth ball.
