Crepe Batter

1¼ cups (300 ml) whole milk

2 tbsp melted butter

¼ tsp salt

1 tsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Filling

8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

2 cups fresh baby spinach

1 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

8 oz (225 g) fresh mozzarella, sliced or shredded

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
Step 1: Make the Crepe Batter

Whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, and salt until smooth.
