Instructions

Step 1: Make the Crepe Batter

  1. Whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, and salt until smooth.

  2. Let the batter rest for 20–30 minutes.

Step 2: Cook the Bacon

  1. Fry the bacon until crisp.

  2. Transfer to paper towels and chop into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan and garnish with fresh thyme.
