  • πŸ— Chicken breast – 300 g

  • πŸ§„ Garlic – 4 cloves

  • 🌢️ Chili paste – 2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)

  • πŸ₯’ Soy sauce – 3 tablespoons

  • πŸ₯₯ Coconut milk – 400 ml

  • πŸ§… Green onions – 2 (finely chopped)

  • πŸ›’οΈ Sesame oil – 1 tablespoon

  • πŸ₯š Eggs – 2 (to boil)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the noodles:
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually 3–5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. Prepare the chicken:
While the noodles cook, cut the chicken breast into small pieces. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes.

  3. Add garlic and chili paste:
Finely chop the garlic cloves and add them to the skillet with the chicken. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Then add the chili paste and mix well.

  4. Add coconut milk and soy sauce:
Pour in the coconut milk and soy sauce. Stir thoroughly and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

  5. Boil the eggs:
While the sauce simmers, bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Once boiling, add the eggs and cook for 6–7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs. Cool them in cold water and peel.

  6. Assemble the dish:
In a large bowl, place a portion of ramen noodles. Pour the spicy chicken and creamy garlic sauce mixture over the noodles.

  7. Garnish:
Slice the eggs in half and place them on top of the ramen. Sprinkle with chopped green onions for a fresh touch.

  8. Serve:
Enjoy your spicy chicken ramen hot — perfect for a cold day or when you need something comforting and full of flavor!

🌟 Extra Tips:

  • Adjust the chili paste to your desired spice level.

  • For added freshness, sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
