🧾 Ingredients (Serves 2)

For the Beef:

  • 250g (9 oz) beef steak (ribeye or sirloin)

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp honey or brown sugar

  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp sesame oil


For the Broth:

  • 3 cups chicken or beef broth

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp chili paste (gochujang or chili garlic sauce)

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)

  • 1 tsp sesame oil


For the Creamy Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp tahini or peanut butter

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1–2 tbsp warm water (to loosen)


For the Ramen:

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning)

  • 1/2 cup corn (optional)

  • 2 soft-boiled eggs

  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

1. Marinate & Cook Beef

  1. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, garlic, pepper, and sesame oil.

  2. Marinate beef for 15–30 minutes.

  3. Sear in a hot pan (2–3 minutes per side for medium).

  4. Rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.


2. Make Broth

  1. In a pot, bring broth to a simmer.

  2. Add soy sauce, chili paste, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.

  3. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.


3. Cook Noodles

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.

  2. Drain and set aside.


4. Make Creamy Sauce

  1. Mix mayo, tahini (or peanut butter), soy sauce, and water.

  2. Stir until smooth and slightly runny.


5. Assemble Bowl

  1. Add noodles to a bowl.

  2. Pour hot broth over.

  3. Top with sliced beef, corn, and soft-boiled eggs.

  4. Drizzle creamy sauce on top.

  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
