3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

1 teaspoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons water
Garnish:

Fresh chopped parsley or green onions

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Pan Method:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook meatballs for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 75°C / 165°F).
Oven Method:

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Bake for 15–18 minutes until fully cooked.

In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar.

Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.

Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the sauce.

Cook 2–3 minutes until thickened.
4️⃣ Coat the Meatballs

Add cooked meatballs to the sauce.

Toss gently until fully coated and glossy.

Simmer together for 2–3 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley or green onions.
