Ingredients

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

Step 1: Roast the Vegetables

  1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).

  2. Toss garlic cloves and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 2: Prepare the Steaks
