Monday - Grape Banana Oat Smoothie
Ingredients:
•1 handful of green grapes
•1 ripe banana, sliced
•4-5 strawberries, halved
•1 handful of spinach
•3-4 tablespoons of oats
•200ml water or almond milk
Instructions:
1.Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
2.Add them to a blender.
3.Pour in water or almond milk and blend until smooth.
4.Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Tuesday - Apple Pineapple Celery Smoothie
Ingredients:
•1 handful of spinach
•1 apple, chopped
•1 celery stalk, chopped
•¼ cucumber, sliced
•½ cup pineapple, chopped
•200ml water or coconut water
Instructions:
1.Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
2.Add them to a blender.
3.Pour in water or coconut water and blend until smooth.
4.Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Wednesday - Strawberry Banana Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients:

•½ cup watermelon, chopped
•4-5 strawberries, halved
•½ cup pineapple, chopped
•200ml water or coconut water
