½ cup (120ml) whole milk or Greek yogurt

1 cup diced fresh peaches (about 1–2 peaches)

¾ cup fresh raspberries
Optional: 1 tablespoon flour (to toss fruit, prevents sinking)

¾ cup (130g) white chocolate, chopped

2–3 tablespoons heavy cream

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1: Prep

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

Lightly grease sides.
Step 2: Make the Batter

Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy (3–4 minutes).

Add eggs one at a time.

Mix in vanilla.

Alternate adding flour mixture and milk/yogurt.

Mix until just combined (do not overmix).
Step 3: Add Fruit

Toss diced peaches and raspberries lightly with 1 tablespoon flour.
