1. Prepare Mussels

  • Rinse mussels under cold water
  • Remove beards and discard any open shells that donโ€™t close

  • Heat butter + olive oil in a large pan

  • Add garlic โ†’ cook until fragrant

3. Cook Mussels

  • Add mussels + white wine
  • Cover and cook 4โ€“5 minutes until shells open

4. Add Shrimp

  • Add shrimp to the pan

5. Make Cream Sauce
