- 150ml (1/2 cup) dry white wine
- 200ml (3/4 cup) heavy cream
- 50ml (3 tbsp) seafood stock or chicken broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper
Finish
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Optional: chili flakes

1. Prepare Mussels
- Rinse mussels under cold water
- Remove beards and discard any open shells that donโt close
2. Sautรฉ Base
- Heat butter + olive oil in a large pan
- Add onion โ cook until soft (3โ4 mins)
- Add garlic โ cook until fragrant
3. Cook Mussels
- Add mussels + white wine
- Cover and cook 4โ5 minutes until shells open

4. Add Shrimp
- Add shrimp to the pan
- Cook 2โ3 minutes until pink
5. Make Cream Sauce
- Add cream + stock
- Stir gently and simmer
