1 lb steak, sliced into strips
12 oz penne or rotini pasta
2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup smoky BBQ sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt & pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
🔥 Instructions:
Step 1: Cook the Steak
1️⃣ Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat.
2️⃣ Season steak strips with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the pot and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Pasta
1️⃣ In the same pot, add beef broth, heavy cream, BBQ sauce, and honey. Stir well to combine.
2️⃣ Add the uncooked pasta, stirring to coat. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

1️⃣ Once the pasta is cooked, return the steak strips to the pot. Stir well to coat them in the sauce.
