🛒 INGREDIENTS
1️⃣ Vanilla Panna Cotta Layer

2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream

½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 ½ teaspoons powdered gelatin

3 tablespoons cold water
2️⃣ Kiwi Topping Layer

3–4 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped

2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon lemon juice
-
1 teaspoon gelatin
-
2 tablespoons cold water
👩🍳 INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Bloom the Gelatin (Panna Cotta Layer)

Sprinkle 2 ½ teaspoons gelatin over 3 tablespoons cold water.

Let sit 5–10 minutes until spongy.
Step 2: Heat the Cream

In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and sugar.

Heat over medium-low until sugar dissolves (do not boil).

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
-
Add bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
Step 3: Pour & Chill

Pour mixture evenly into serving glasses.

Let cool slightly at room temperature.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours until fully set.
Step 4: Prepare Kiwi Layer
⚠ Important: Fresh kiwi contains enzymes that prevent gelatin from setting if not heated.

Blend chopped kiwi with sugar and lemon juice.

Pour into a small saucepan and simmer 2–3 minutes to deactivate enzymes.

Bloom 1 teaspoon gelatin in 2 tablespoons cold water for 5 minutes.

Stir bloomed gelatin into warm kiwi mixture until dissolved.

Let mixture cool to room temperature (not hot).
Step 5: Add Kiwi Layer

Once panna cotta is fully set, gently spoon kiwi mixture on top.

Refrigerate another 1–2 hours until top layer sets.
Step 6: Garnish
Top with:
