For the Mango Salsa

1 ripe mango, diced

1 tablespoon lime juice

Step 1: Marinate the Beef
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, vegetable oil, minced garlic, and black pepper.
Add the beef cubes and toss until evenly coated.
