Each day, you’ll use different ingredients to create a delicious, nutritious smoothie that helps burn fat effectively.

 

Monday – Banana, Mango, and Ginger Smoothie

 

✅ Ingredients:

•1 ripe banana

•1/2 ripe mango

•1 small slice of fresh ginger (about 1 cm)

•200ml water or almond milk (optional)

•Ice cubes (optional)

 

✅ Instructions:

1.Peel and dice the mango.

2.Peel and slice the banana.

3.Peel and chop the ginger.

4.Add all ingredients to a blender with water or almond milk.

5.Blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.

6.Pour into a glass and enjoy!

 

Tuesday – Watermelon, Banana, and Lemon Smoothie

 

✅ Ingredients:

•1/2 cup watermelon (seedless)

•1 ripe banana

•1/2 lemon (juiced)

•200ml water or coconut water

•Ice cubes (optional)

 

✅ Instructions:

1.Cut the watermelon into small chunks, removing any seeds.

2.Peel and slice the banana.

3.Squeeze the lemon juice and remove any seeds.

4.Add all ingredients to a blender with water or coconut water.

5.Blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.

6.Pour into a glass, add ice if desired, and enjoy!

 

Wednesday – Avocado, Pear, and Spinach Smoothie

 

✅ Ingredients:

•1/2 ripe avocado

•1/2 pear

•1 handful of spinach (about 1 small cup)

•200ml water or almond milk

•Ice cubes (optional)

 

✅ Instructions:

1.Peel and chop the pear.

2.Scoop out the avocado, removing the pit.

3.Wash and drain the spinach.

4.Add all ingredients to a blender with water or almond milk.

5.Blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.

6.Pour into a glass and enjoy!
