- 200 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 50 g butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150 g pecans (roughly chopped)
- 80 g crushed biscuits (optional, for texture)
- Pinch of salt
Chocolate Glaze:
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 80 ml heavy cream
Topping:
- Whole pecans
- Extra chopped nuts (optional)

1. Prepare the loaf pan
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
2. Make the fudge base
In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate, butter, and condensed milk.
Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and mix in vanilla and salt.
3. Add texture
Fold in chopped pecans and crushed biscuits.
Mix until evenly distributed.
4. Shape the loaf
Pour mixture into the prepared pan.
Press down firmly to remove air gaps and create a smooth surface.
5. Chill
Refrigerate for at least 3β4 hours (or until fully set).
6. Make the glaze
Heat cream until hot (not boiling), then pour over chopped chocolate.
Stir until smooth and glossy.
7. Finish
Pour glaze over the chilled loaf.
Top with whole pecans.
Let set again for 30β60 minutes.
8. Slice & serve
Lift from pan and slice into thick pieces using a warm knife.
