Cheesy Ham Roll-Ups
Ingredients (4 servings)

8 slices sandwich bread (crusts removed)

8 slices ham
-
8 sticks mozzarella cheese (or 1½ cups shredded mozzarella)

2 tbsp butter (melted)
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
-
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Optional Dipping Sauce

Marinara sauce or pizza sauce
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Bread

Remove the crusts from the bread slices.

Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread.
Step 2: Assemble the Rolls

Place one slice of ham on the bread.

Put one mozzarella cheese stick at the edge.
-
Roll the bread tightly like a cigar.
-
Press gently to seal.
Step 3: Prepare the Butter Topping
In a small bowl mix:

melted butter
-
garlic powder
-
Italian seasoning
Step 4: Bake the Roll-Ups

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

Place rolls on a lined baking tray.

Brush the butter mixture over the rolls.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until:

Sprinkle parsley on top.
