Cheesy Ham Roll-Ups 

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 8 slices sandwich bread (crusts removed)

  • 8 slices ham

  • 8 sticks mozzarella cheese (or 1½ cups shredded mozzarella)

  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Optional Dipping Sauce

  • Marinara sauce or pizza sauce


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Bread

  1. Remove the crusts from the bread slices.

  2. Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread.


Step 2: Assemble the Rolls

  1. Place one slice of ham on the bread.

  2. Put one mozzarella cheese stick at the edge.

  3. Roll the bread tightly like a cigar.

  4. Press gently to seal.


Step 3: Prepare the Butter Topping

In a small bowl mix:

  • melted butter

  • garlic powder

  • Italian seasoning


Step 4: Bake the Roll-Ups

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

  2. Place rolls on a lined baking tray.

  3. Brush the butter mixture over the rolls.

  4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until:

    • golden brown

    • cheese melted inside


Step 5: Serve

  1. Sprinkle parsley on top.

  2. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.


Tips

  • Use pizza dough or puff pastry instead of bread for a crispier version.

  • Add pepperoni or cooked chicken for extra flavor.

  • Air fryer option: 180°C for 8–10 minutes.
