Ingredients

5 cups mixed baby greens (arugula, spring mix, baby spinach)

¼ cup fresh parsley leaves

2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

2 tbsp toasted sliced almonds or pecans (optional)
For the Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 small garlic clove, finely grated

½ tsp sea salt

Instructions

Step 1 – Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together:
