Ingredients

For the Graham Cracker Crust

  • 2 cups (200 g) graham cracker crumbs

  • 6 tbsp (85 g) unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

For the Mango Passion Fruit Layer

  • 2 cups (300 g) fresh mango, pureed

  • ½ cup (120 ml) passion fruit pulp

  • ¼ cup (50 g) sugar

  • 2 tsp gelatin powder

  • 3 tbsp cold water

For the Cheesecake Layer

  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1½ cups (360 ml) heavy whipping cream

For the Topping

  • 1 cup diced fresh mango

  • 2 passion fruits, halved

  • 1 cup whipped cream

  • Fresh mint leaves

  • Edible flowers (optional)

Instructions

Step 1 – Make the Crust

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.

  2. Press mixture firmly into an 8×8-inch pan lined with parchment paper.

  3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Step 2 – Prepare the Mango Passion Fruit Layer

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let bloom for 5 minutes.

Step 5 – Decorate

  1. Pipe whipped cream around the edges.

  2. Top with diced mango cubes.

  3. Add fresh passion fruit halves.

  4. Garnish with mint leaves and edible flowers.
