Ingredients

  • 4 thick slices rustic sourdough bread

Instructions

Step 1 – Prepare the Garlic Spread

  1. In a bowl combine:

    • Cream cheese

    • Mayonnaise

    • Roasted garlic

    • Hot sauce

    • Smoked paprika

  2. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  3. Set aside.

Step 2 – Cook the Crawfish

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
