For the Toast

4 thick slices rustic sourdough bread

2 tbsp olive oil
Garnish

½ cup finely diced cauliflower or hearts of palm

Handful of frisée lettuce or microgreens

Extra lemon wedges
Instructions
Step 1 – Prepare the Garlic Spread

In a bowl combine:

Cream cheese

Mayonnaise
-
Roasted garlic
-
Hot sauce
-
Smoked paprika

Mix until smooth and creamy.

Step 2 – Cook the Crawfish
