๐น Step 1: Bloom gelatin (for panna cotta)
- Mix gelatin with cold water
- Let sit 5โ10 minutes until swollen

- Heat cream + milk + sugar (do NOT boil)
- Stir until sugar dissolves
- Remove from heat โ add vanilla
- Add gelatin โ stir until smooth
๐น Step 3: Set first layer
- Pour into molds
- Chill for 3โ4 hours until set

- Blend strawberries until smooth
- Heat with sugar + lemon juice (2โ3 minutes)
- Bloom gelatin separately, then add into warm strawberry mix
- Stir until dissolved

- Pour gently over set panna cotta
- Chill again for 2โ3 hours
