2. Bake
- Line a cupcake tray
- Fill each cup ~70% full
- Bake at 175Β°C (350Β°F) for 18β22 minutes
- Until a toothpick comes out clean
Cool completely.
3. Make Strawberry Filling
- Cook strawberries + sugar + lemon juice over medium heat
- Stir until soft and juicy
